For governor of Puerto Rico…Maria de Lourdes Santiago Negrón
María de Lourdes Santiago Negrón is the best candidate for governor of Puerto Rico.
A lawyer, journalist, and two-term Senator in the Puerto Rican legislature, she has been the Vice-President of the PIP since 2001, and is now their candidate for governor of Puerto Rico.
There are thousands of photos of Maria de Lourdes – speaking to stadiums full of people, advocating for children in the Senate, fighting for the independence of Puerto Rico – but this photo is the most revealing:

The senator cares about the type of Puerto Rico, that she will leave for her child José Julian.
This was evident in her speech to the New York PIP (Partido Independentista Puertorriqueño) at the SEIU Local 1199 headquarters on October 10, 2015.
In thirty minutes she wove Puerto Rican history, culture, politics and economics into a dense and compelling vision…showing how independence is the only constructive and ethical solution to Puerto Rico’s economic crisis.
The law of cabotage, the P3 invasion, debt/GDP ratios, Chapter 9 bankruptcy, HR 870, quarterly capitalism, the machinations of PPD and PNP operatives – all of these were deftly covered in her speech.
Yet the most striking elements were the simplicity and passion of her message: that Puerto Rico, like every nation on earth, needs to be free.
The message of María de Lourdes arrives at the right moment.
Both the PPD and PNP parties in Puerto Rico have been severely discredited. The people are hungry for new and honest solutions…not the same political fraud that has brought the island to its knees.

Today, November 8, 2016…I urge the island to vote for Maria de Lourdes Santiago, as the next governor of Puerto Rico.

In Puerto Rico, no matter who wins the Elections, it will not make any difference . The new Governor, will still BE just a Governor in name only. He/or/ she , will have no vote nor comand in anything , for the ——PROMESA — is THE NEW -GOVERNMENT IN P.R. THE GOVERNOR ELECTED WILL ONLY BE A —-PUPPET . SO NO MATTER WHO THE POPULATION ELECT ,THE ISLAND WILL NOT BE BETTER OFF THAN THE WAY IT HAS BEEN..
