Puerto Rico will be SOLD on May 1, 2017

War Against All Puerto Ricans: Revolution and Terror in America’s Colony

.
Gov. Ricky Roselló is distracting Puerto Rico with a June 11 “statehood referendum” that is going nowhere, since it has been repudiated by the U.S. government. But WHY is Roselló doing this?

The answer finally exploded – like a bomb – on April 20 in Fox News. The entire island is about to be sold off, immediately after May 1, with Ricky Roselló as the auctioneer.

Here is how he will do it…

The Fox article reports, in perfect sociopathic detail, how the governor will distract the entire island with a phony “statehood” referendum…at the same time that he sells the island to Wall Street.

It will all be accomplished with lies.

Here are those lies: THE LYING FOX NEWS ARTICLE

THE FOX HEADLINE

Let’s start with the headline: “Puerto Rico pushes to privatize operation of public services”

This headline is packed with lies…THREE of them!

#1

“Puerto Rico” is not pushing for anything.

The ruling class of Puerto Rico is pushing.

Gov. Roselló, ex-governor Fortuño, the Financial Control Board, and two dozen vulture funds are the ones pushing for “privatization. They can’t WAIT to turn a false $72 billion “debt” into an empire of P3s (public-private partnerships) that will convert the island into one giant ATM for Wall Street…for the next 40 years.

#2

This is not about “operating.”

It is about owning.

Under the guise of “management efficiency” and payment of a false “debt,” these “P3s” will place roads, bridges, airports, schools, hospitals…and the electrical power and the water supply of Puerto Rico…under the ownership of Wall Street hustlers such as these.

#3

This is not about public “services.”

It is about public assets . . . such as these

It is about owning and controlling these assets. Goldman Sachs already has a 40-year lease on PR-5 and PR-22, the most profitable highway in Puerto Rico. Now all the other vulture funds want the same.

They all want – and will grab – the public assets.

THE FOX ARTICLE

The lies in the article itself, are remarkably bold:

Lie #1

“Puerto Rico is ready to sign dozens of new deals to privatize the operation of public services.”

Lie #2

“Gov. Roselló said public-private partnerships could create up to 100,000 new jobs and generate some $5 billion in the next three years.”

Lie #3

“25 percent of the revenues from these deals will go to the island’s crumbling public pension system.”

Lie #4

“Officials have identified at least 30 projects that would benefit from being run by a private company.”

THE FIRST LIE has already been discussed. It was embedded in the Fox headline.

THE SECOND LIE is simple arithmetic: 100,000 “new” jobs will be created…but only after 100,000 “old” workers are terminated, along with their pension and health benefits, and some of those “new” jobs might pay only $5 per hour

75 percent of all state agencies will all be closed.

After that, $5 billion will be generated not “for Puerto Rico”…but for the vulture funds that are demanding immediate and full repayment, of a fraudulent $72 billion “debt.”

THE THIRD LIE is also arithmetic: without the vulture funds and their “P3s,” 100% of the revenue would go to Puerto Rico. But Puerto Rico will receive very little of the revenue – nowhere near 25%until the vulture funds are repaid the so-called “debt.”

In other words, this “25% of revenue” means 25% of what the Commonwealth gets, AFTER the vulture funds have taken their cut. This is 25% of nearly nothing.

THE FOURTH LIE treats Puerto Ricans like infants, incapable of managing their own island. Then it turns 30 sectors of infrastructure into targets for “privatization,” for the alleged “benefit” of Puerto Rico.

But privatization will not benefit those 30 sectors. It will not “benefit” Puerto Rico.

It will benefit the Wall Street hustlers: salivating over Puerto Rico, eager to turn a false “debt” into 40-year “public-private partnerships.”

ON MAY 1, 2017…THE SALE OF PUERTO RICO WILL BEGIN

Just a few days from now (May 1, 2017) Puerto Rico will be in a complete default, the creditor lawsuits will be un-frozen, and all these creditors will be free to sue the island…for immediate re-payment of the alleged $72 billion “debt.”

Since Puerto Rico is financially bankrupt, but not allowed to declare bankruptcy, the creditors will demand immediate collateral… they will pressure the Financial Control Board to mortgage the island’s entire infrastructure, through “public-private partnerships.”

P5s…Public Private Partnerships for the Plunder of Puerto Rico

Over the past two years, this website has repeatedly warned about the “P3s” and “public-private partnerships” that are preparing to invade Puerto Rico.

Here are some of those articles:

These are not mere P3s – public private partnerships.

They are P5s – public private partnerships for the PLUNDER OF PUERTO RICO.

But this plunder…this invasion…is being cleverly disguised.

They already have Gov. Roselló falsely claiming 100,000 “new” jobs and distracting the entire island with a FAKE statehood referendum…even as these P5 deals are being cut.

They have Luis Fortuño, a corrupt ex-governor of Puerto Rico, making P5 deals behind the scenes.

They have Fox News lying about the P5 “benefits to Puerto Rico.”

They have a US-appointed Financial Control Board authorized to “accept gifts” and dripping with conflicts of interest, already pushing “a dozen” P5 projects throughout the island and demanding more of them.

They have vulture funds buying politicians in Washington and Puerto Rico.

They are a modern Mafia.

On May 1, 2017, this Mafia will hold a private party, and begin to slice Puerto Rico as their own personal cake.

The Governor of Puerto Rico will smile at this party.

He will even warm the knife

So long as he gets his cut.

Seriously, blaming the Jews, Israel and the Vatican for Puerto Rico’s financial crisis? Wow, you must have attended the Karl Marx School of Government.

HEY, MIKE…. LET’S JUST PUT ASIDE THE JEWS/ISRAEL AND FOCUS ON THE VATICAN. WHAT’S THE VATICAN HAD TO SAY ABOUT THE ISLANDER PR CONDITION SINCE 1898? OR SAY, 1952? HOW ABOUT NOW? CAN YOU FIND ANYTHING RELEVANT? THE PREDOMINANT RELIGION IN PR IS CATHOLIC. IT DOESN’T TAKE BEING A “MARXIST” TO FIGURE IT OUT. I’LL GIVE YOU A LITTLE HINT: DOES “CHURCH AND STATE” MEAN ANYTHING TO YOU? WHO DID SPAIN SEND ALONG W/PONCE DE LEON AND THE OTHER CONQUISTADORES? DID THE CATHOLIC CHURCH THINK THAT THIS WAS ALL GOING TO BE A FUN ADVENTURE/AND A MISSION OF VOLUNTEERISM ALL OUT OF THE GOODNESS OF THEIR HEARTS ( WITH NO EXPECTATION OF $$RENUMERATION$$ OF ANY KIND?!? )? THE U.S. GOVT. ( AND THE CATHOLIC CHURCH ) JUST TOOK THE BATON FROM SPAIN AND CONTINUED WITH THE SAME SHAKEDOWN. THIS TIME ON STEROIDS. THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN GETTING THE MOST FLEECED ARE THE UNWITTING U.S. TAXPAYERS; LESS THE PR’S THEMSELVES. NEVER HAS BEEN THE PR’S EXCLUSIVELY. WHEN HAVE THE ISLANDERS EVER HAD THAT KIND OF MONEY? NEVER. THE ISLANDER’S HAVE BEEN MADE THE “FRONT-MAN” TO ALL THIS. THEY’VE BEEN GETTING OBSCENELY USED. IT’S BEEN ( THE COST OF THE ONGOING FRAUD ) QUIETLY COVERED BY THE MAINLAND U.S. CITIZEN’S TAX DOLLARS. YOU CAN LOOK AT IT AS HAVING BEEN A CONSTANT AND NON-STOP BAILOUT OF THE U.S. BANKS ( 2008 ) SCENARIO SINCE 1898. 118 YRS OF A HIDDEN “FINANCIAL CRISIS” GOING UNDER RADAR. HAD PR BECOME A STATE ( OR LESS LIKELY, INDEPENDENT ), IT WOULDN’T HAVE HAPPENED. IT EXPLAINS IN PART WHY PR WOULD NEVER REACH STATEHOOD. IT WOULD HAVE MEANT THE REVELATION OF THE ENORMOUS FINANCIAL SCANDAL THAT HAD BEEN GOING ON THE WHOLE TIME. READ REPUTABLE HISTORY BOOKS ON THE SUBJECT. AND UNDERSTAND AND QUESTION WHAT YOU’RE READING. THE SAME GOES TO THE VAST MAJORITY OF THE READERSHIP OF THIS BLOG.

  4. RESPONSE TO M. LOPEZ 4.22.2017:

There’s no “infant” about it. The island government has known EXACTLY what it’s been doing for the stretch of time stipulated and more. You seem to not understand that the islander PR’s have absolutely no control over their political destiny as it relates their status as a nation state. NONE. The U.S. government has purposefully misinformed everyone that they somehow have the final say in this. They don’t. The Congress does. It doesn’t matter how the islander’s vote. The process has been a longstanding joke that many choose not to recognize. Your suggestion of putting up or shutting up comes very late and is naive. The info is out there. Most chose to ignore it or view it as an inconvenient truth. It seems that at this juncture, that time ( 118yrs! ) has come and gone. There was LOT’S of time to “put up/shut up.” And the answer is: It was a lot of put up. They put up with an obviously corrupt system whose effects were felt long long ago by the islanders. Several generations before you even a thought. And, very few did anything about it. The few that tried, didn’t have the backing of their own people necessary to effect the change that you seem to aspire to; that being statehood/independence. A lot of those people had to give their very lives up for the chance. They recognized back then that the game was rigged in such a manner that in their minds it was the only way. And, it seems as time marches forward, that they were probably right. It is hard to believe that the very country that did (the U.S. in 1776 against the British ) what Albizu did during his time; essentially killed him for wanting the same thing that they wanted for themselves. What he and others wanted for PR ( freedom ) wasn’t in the U.S.’s plans for the PR’s. Your service to this country is probably appreciated by some in the U.S. But it’s not enough to impress the elites ( most of which probably never served…and only give lip service to those that have ) in the U.S. to mean anything to them. Campos was also in the U.S. Navy as an officer. He was also a Harvard Law School grad. What should that be telling you? My guess is that tomorrow, May 1, 2017 “May Day” is going to express the true meaning of the phrase as it relates PR’s ultimate destiny.

Passive resistance will win out and indeed, the meek shall inherit ALL the earth. If we don’t buy their crap, if we don’t attend their schools, if we learn to grown our own food again, make our own houses again, use our OWN herbal medicine, use our OWN will again, NO ONE CAN OWN US. I am pro freedom and love US constitution but that has never been a choice for Puerto Ricans either statehood neither of them works for their debt issue’rs. Purto Ricans are forced to be in debt just like United states the owe a $20T of public debt and more than $200T of unfunded liabilities, that is a mathematical recipe for an economic collapse, and this fund manager banks criminals and owners of world debt are pulling the strings one by one. Puerto Rico has two options A) jump in a live bout and safe whatever have left or B) sink with the US Titanic into the worst financial currency crisis ever the world has a witness.

Public transportation, suicidal road conditions beyond ridiculous, there is no system for ANYTHING in this country and its ALWAYS someone else that is at fault but never people here. The way I see it, whoever else gonna be in charge can only do it better. If you hate Americans so much, stop using your Family Cards and get your lazy asses off the caseria couch where 50% of the people live also for free with the money of the USA and probably even reading this website with free internet. Yeah, Wall Street, Jews and the Elite are all serious problems, but the main problem in PR are the people and their lazy attitude starting with littering the shit out of this beautiful island. Stop pointing fingers, stop being proud of something there is nothing to proud of and take responsibility. Teach your children something with value how the old generations used to know it, because PR is going DOWN and nobody else than the people living on it are at fault.

  14. What more can you expect from Republicans! The party in “power” now is the republican party of Puerto Rico. They don’t seem to accept the fact that the governor is nothing more than a figurehead, and that the Financial Control Board is running things here. This so-called plebiscite is going nowhere fast! They keep advertising it as a choice to proceed with the decolonization of the island. If that be true, then there should only be two choices- Statehood or Independence. How can you possibly call for decolonization and still include the choice of keeping the island’s territorial ( colonial) status ? That makes no sense whatsoever. Unfortunately, there are people here who still believe that Puerto Rico has a chance of becoming a state. The U.S. wants to hold on to its colony, not necessarily have it become a state. These people don’t seem to realize that the island is ,in fact, being sold off to the highest bidder. The airport is now the property of Mexico- for the next 40 years at least. That’s just the beginning. We are losing our professionals – doctors, teachers, police, etc. because the economic situation here is so bad. These people leave to get more stable positions elsewhere. If this trend continues, this island will become one big Geriatric Ward with no doctors to provide the services needed by the elderly.

  21. As usual, I don’t agree with your take on all of this. If you lived here and had to put up with the horrific water and electric service, you would be applauding the public-private idea on the utilities. Please, please get some new blood/ideas/money on this island to help modernize these utilities. And, obviously from the situation we are in at the present moment, this government is NOT able to manage this island, or we wouldn’t be in the present situation. You continue to blame the greedy Wall Street guys (not that there is not blame to be placed there), when, in fact, it is mostly the fault of this corrupt, inept government.

  22. Hey. What would happen if the population of Puerto Rico decided INDIVIDUALLY to not pay into this scheme anymore? Sure, as individuals we’d still pay for State-owned utilities until certain companies decided to enter the market and provide said services.

BUT!!! How about we, as individuals, decide to ORGANIZE calmly and declare our liberty? If you didn’t notice, the entire plan is founded on ONE CONSIDERATION ONLY: PUERTO RICANS BELONG TO THE PUERTO RICO GOVERNMENT. That’s most insulting.

SO! Anyone up to declaring freedom from bondage? Noticed that yet? Bonds? Bondage? Nope. Nobody sees the chains. Everybody is dreaming of the political right to take from the others, yet no one is willing to get off their knees and declare freedom.

Welcome to America. You own property, well until eminent domain steps in. Until the island is declared truly “independent”, the party is on. God help us and I have to believe He has.
