Eleven days ago…on May 22, 2016…Puerto Rico hosted the US national soccer team. They played a “friendly” match in Estadio Juan Ramón Loubriel in Bayamón, PR.
Please note that the Zika virus did not attack any members of the US soccer team. You can see the game in the video below…
The most enjoyable sensation of all was the sound of the hometown crowd, whenever Puerto Rico got the ball.
They were bursting with pride over their national team, standing up to the US invaders.

Too bad our team is not that great yet, but we’ll get there!
The team also needs more support from private and public institutions.
