Juan Bobo accuses the Governor of Puerto Rico of being “a Mafioso from New Jersey”

War Against All Puerto Ricans: Revolution and Terror in America’s Colony

In his unusual campaign for Governor of Puerto Rico, Juan Bobo has accused the current governor Alejandro García Padilla, of being “a Mafioso from New Jersey.”

As evidence, Mr. Bobo pointed out that the day after García Padilla submitted his legislation for a “Financial Control Board” to run the island’s economy, the governor hopped on a plane to Jersey City, NJ.

According to Bobo, “All the hedge funds have their headquarters in Jersey City. So the day after giving the hedge funds what they wanted – a Financial Control Board to rule over Puerto Rico – García Padilla flew up to New Jersey to collect his payment.”

As further evidence, Bobo reminded everyone that, when Gov. Jesus T. Piñero signed Public Law 53 (aka the Gag Law) on June 10, 1948, “Piñero already had a plane waiting in Isla Grande Airport, to fly him to the United States. Otherwise someone would have shot him that night.”
